The purpose of this procedure is to lay down an effective standard operating procedure for smooth and speedy recruitment, selection, and mobilization of the required categories of manpower for Clients abroad as well as selection/hiring of manpower from abroad to meet any manpower requirement of our client.
This procedure shall apply to locations of Alpha Overseas Promoters offices, connected with the mobilization of requested manpower, and identifies the areas of responsibilities and coordination with concerned clients.
Team Leader HR, Alpha OEP shall be responsible for the recruitment/selection of Manpower & its mobilization from Pakistan.
